چکیده
A tanulmány Tamási Áron kisebbségi sorsot tematizáló novelláinak azt a szegmensét vizsgálja, amely székely mentalitás önkritikáját nyújtja. Ezek transzilvanizmus eszméjének inspiráló hatását tükröző művek magyar felsőbbségtudatban és székelyek mélyen gyökerező etnikai előítéleteiben látják három erdélyi nemzet békés együttélésének egyik legfőbb akadályát. novellái székelység mentalitását, belső világát két elv küzdelmének színtereként értelmezik, ahol szeretet keresztény elve pogány indulat ütközik össze egymással. Ez közelítésmód egyfajta mitikus összefüggésbe helyezve igyekszik megnyugtató megoldást találni azokra társadalmi problémákra, amelyekkel trianoni békét követően szembesült az magyarság.
